Giving Security Feeling in Behavior Problems-Our moral responsibility

If we see anyone with behavior problems, It means there is unseen or unspoken stress.

If we can’t see the reason for their stress or can’t help with root-cause, let us make a habit of

reassuring that person that all will be fine, I am always there for you.

We always give this secure feeling to our friends or when someone speak their heart in tears. but we do judge our loved ones or relatives, neighbor for their behavior.

Especially these days, job stress, covid etc is impacting our mental well-being. On top of that if vitamin deficiency or hormonal changes may make it worse.

What can we do?

1)     Let us be friend for all and radiate security feelings for everyone. It is more then enough for anyone who is in stress, feel strength to deal with their stress.

2)     Behavior problems hardly need any advice. They need understanding, unconditional love, acceptance, bit of spiritual practice and security feeling.

3)     Remember: More close relation, more attachment we are more likely to be judgmental and go into blame mode. Our duty that time is more security feelings and faith on universal power.

4)     Laugher therapy. Share joke with that person and make them feel light and be happy.

5)     Let us be in touch with everyone who we are connected by calling them time to time and share more positive thoughts/story or jokes.

6)     Understand our stress, our change in behavior patterns and don’t hesitate and take timely help to vent it out and get right help before it become worse or going into depression.

7)     Security feeling will help people/Youth dealing with stress and not to become drug addict or alcoholic.

8)     Rather analyzing conflicts at micro level, spend time on Yoga, meditation, mindfulness technique and eat healthy food to boost immunity system.

9)     Be more self-aware and avoid any negative news if it is triggering your negative or emotional thoughts.

10)  Remember: Never make permanent judgement on temporary emotions. keep remembering  'This time shall pass'.
